Please call the General Office during regular business hours at 422-2188 or the Security Office at 422-3936 for assistance in accessing your driveway and roads. Remember to STAY SAFE!

Message from the Doe Valley Police: If you have any special needs or medical conditions that require electric service, please let an officer at the front gate know. This is strictly confidential. The main thing is, if or when the power goes out for a prolonged period of time, we will know who to check on and be aware of your special needs. Also, if you live alone and would like us to check on you periodically, please call 422-3936 or stop by the front gate.

Also, if you take life saving medication, please call the office and give us your name and lot # so if we have a big snow this year, we can check on you and see if you have adequate medication.

NOTICE TO DELINQUENT PROPERTY OWNERS: 2-22-10
Effective immediately, if your account is or becomes delinquent and we have to turn your account over to our attorneys for collection, you will not only owe the late dues and fees but will also incur a 20% addition to the dues for legal recovery fees. Doe Valley will NOT continue to lose money due to people failing to satisfy their obligation to pay membership and/or availability fees.

NOTICE: The Doe Valley Water Department will be flushing hydrants for the next couple of months. Please check your water for discoloration before doing laundry!
