$7.50 Road Trust Fund - this pays for road maintenance, repaving, striping, etc.,

$13.00 assessment for purchase of Doe Valley Lake and Golf Course
$99.50 TOTAL

 

If it is a vacant lot, then the fee is:
$79.00 Dues
$7.50 Road Trust Fund
$9.00 availability fee pays for repairs to water and sewer lines until house is built.

$13.00 assessment for purchase of Doe Valley Lake and Golf Course
$108.50 TOTAL

 

Each subsequent lot you own:
$26.00 Dues
$9.00Availability Fee
$7.50 Road Trust Fund

$13.00 assessment for purchase of Doe Valley Lake and Golf Course
$55.50 TOTAL  

 

"All dues and fees are billed each month and must be paid to remain a member in good standing with all rights and privileges."
