2010 Card & Sticker Registration and Information!

Please remember two cards and stickers will be sent to each property owner. If you have extended family members living at home, their vehicles will have to be registered to your address in order to receive the access items. When more than two cards/stickers are required, please bring, fax or mail copies of ALL CARS registrations to the office. This will ensure you have more than 2 cars registered to your address. Security is a major concern for those living here and unauthorized access needs to be controlled as best we can. We ask for your co-operation when applying for these items. If you have a problem with this procedure, please call the office 422-2188.

Cards and stickers are out now and need to be used. The gates will be changed on March 1^st – if you need more cards you’ll have to come into the office or mail us a request with the proper copies of registrations.

More Info on extra or replacement stickers

Don't leave stickers laying, unattached, on your dashboard where it can be seen. If you lose them it will cost $15 to replace each one. When you replace a windshield or sell a car, keep the old sticker and turn it in for a new one (no charge); otherwise you will pay a replacement fee. I have to put a price on these because we have been taken advantage of too many times in the past. We pay for our security and I shall do all I can to preserve it. People thinking, "I'll just say I lost it, then I'll get my kid or other family member another one," may rethink it if they have to pay for it. All of the abuses can't be stopped, but this may help some. Remember, if you need more than two stickers; bring ALL the registrations in to prove they are registered at your address (no charge). If the son ,daughter, or relative is under 25 and they live with you, bring a copy of their driver's license and registration to prove their age and where they live. This is also free of charge.
